What does Perktiva cost?
Plans start at $299/month for up to 3 locations and include employee rewards. Gift cards are +$99/month, or on their own $149/month for up to 3 locations and $299/month for up to 10, and loyalty stamp cards are +$49/month. Annual billing gets two months free, and every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
Do our guests need to download an app?
No. Everything lives in the Apple or Google Wallet already on their phone. They tap a link, the pass appears, and that's it.
Do we need new hardware at the counter?
No. On Oracle Simphony, staff scan the pass right at the register. On any other POS, they scan it with a phone or tablet you already have, and Toast, Square and Clover purchases can add stamps and rewards automatically.
Who holds our gift card money?
You do. Gift card sales are charged on your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect, and Stripe pays you out directly. Perktiva never holds your funds.
How do redemptions reconcile with our books?
Every load, redemption, refund and correction is a permanent ledger entry; nothing is ever edited or deleted. The balance on a guest's pass is the sum of those entries, and you see it per location in one dashboard.
What if we switch POS systems later?
Nothing breaks. Passes redeem by QR or barcode scan, so they aren't tied to one POS, and your gift cards and loyalty cards keep working.
How are our money and staff data protected?
Balances only move through ledger entries, never by editing a number. A redemption is held before it's taken, so the same balance can't be spent twice on a busy shift. Each organization's data is kept separate, manager logins require two-factor authentication, and there's a full audit trail of who did what.
How long does it take to go live?
Days, not a quarter. Adding a location is a setting, not a project, and gift card sales start as soon as your Stripe account is connected.
Is loyalty included, or is it an add-on?
It's a +$49/month add-on you can switch on whenever you're ready. It uses the same wallet and dashboard, so turning it on later takes minutes, and you're not locked in on day one.
